After an initial consultation both you and your coach can decide if further sessions would be beneficial.
Typically each session lasts 90 mins for a frequency of every 2 – 4 weeks.
You must be aged 18 or over. We are happy to work with couples separately, on a 1:1 basis.
We encourage you to take notes (electronic recording is not permitted).
Your coach is bound by a professional code of ethics - sessions are confidential unless there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
